Title: Cilantro Salsa

Yield: 3 /4 cup

2tbGreen chiles, diced
1 Garlic clove(s), minced
3/4cWhite onion(s), minced
1dsSalsa habanero
1/2cCilantro, chopped
1 Lightly packed
3tbCanola oil
1tbLime juice
1tbMock sour cream
1 (see pg 53)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree. Set aside to cool or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
