Title: Coyote Summer Salsa

2 | Oranges peeled & cut into | |

1 | sm | Onion chopped fine |
2 | + (to your heat level | |
Liking) minced Habaneros | ||
1/4 | + cup chopped cilantro | |
Leaves *no stems* | ||
3 | tb | Fresh lime juice |
2 | ts | Extra virgin olive oil |
1/2 | ts | Dried Mexican oregano |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
Mix it all together - let it sit for a 1/2 hour- then open a bag of your favorite tortilla chips & a bottle of good ale - enjoy :-)
Goes down great while you BBQ
