Title: Jim's Salsa

Yield: 1 Servings
2 | oz | Boiling water |
1/4 | ts | Onion powder* |
1/4 | ts | Garlic powder* |
1/4 | ts | Basil* |
1/8 | ts | Tarragon* |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Fresh ground black pepper |
3 | sm | Fresh habanero peppers, |
1 | Minced | |
20 | oz | Fresh tomatoes, minced |
In a small bowl with a cover, combine onion and garlic powder with basil, tarragon, salt and pepper. Pour boiling water over ingredients and stir. Cover and let sit for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mince habaneros and tomato. Add to spice mixture, gently stir to mix. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, overnight is better.
*This items are home grown, dried, powdered and/or crushed. The flavor is more intense than store bought. If using store bought ingredients you may want to use more.
