Title: Festive Cocktail Meatballs

Yield: 60 Meatballs
1 1/2 | lb | Ground beef |
1 | c | MINUTE Rice |
1 | cn | (8oz) Crushed pineapple in juice |
1/2 | c | Carrot [finely shredded] |
1/2 | c | Onion [chopped] |
Egg [beaten] | ||
1 | ts | Ginger [ground] |
8 | oz | French dressing |
2 | tb | Soy sauce |
HHR | ||
(Pre- | heat | the oven to 400ø) |
1) Mix together all of the ingredients except the last 2, in a bowl, then form into 1" meatballs... 2) Place on a greased baking sheets and bake in pre-heated oven for 15 min. or `til browned... 3) Mix together the soy sauce and the dressing... 4) Serve the meatballs warm with the dressing...
