Title: Italian Style Meatless Meatballs

2 | c | Tofu, well broken up |
1 | c | Wholewheat breadcrumbs |
1 | sm | Onion, finely chopped |
1 | tb | Natural soy sauce (or to taste) |
1 | c | Wholewheat flour |
1 | ts | Oregano |
1/4 | ts | Basil |
Combine the ingredients well in a large bowl, kneading the mixture a little to help it hold together. Shape the mixture into balls and shallow- or deep-fry them. Use these with spaghetti or bake them in the oven with a nice Italian-style tomato sauce (see recipe in this conference). Bake at 350ø for about half an hour.
