1/2 | c | Quick cooking rolled oats |
1 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Dry mustard |
1 1/2 | lb | Ground beef |
20 | lg | Pimento stuffed green olives |
1 | | Bottled barbecue sauce |
In bowl, combine egg, milk, oats, worcestershire sauce, salt, dry mustard,
and dash pepper. Add beef; mix well. Shape meat around olives, forming 20
meatballs. Thread meatballs on skewers, pushing skewer through olive. Brush
with barbecue sauce. Grill over hot coals for 8 minutes. Turn; brush with
more barbecue sauce. Grill 4 minutes longer or till done.
