Title: Cheddar Meatloaf

1 1/2 | lb | Lean Ground Beef |
1 1/4 | c | Bread Crumbs; Dry |
1/4 | lb | Cheddar; Sharp, Shredded |
10 3/4 | oz | Tomato Soup; Condensed, 1 Cn |
1 | Egg; Lg | |
1/4 | c | Onion; Chopped |
2 | tb | Parsley; Fresh, Chopped |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | ds | Pepper |
Combine all of the ingredients, mixing lightly. Shape into a loaf in an 11 1/2 X 7 1/2- inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F. for an hour. Serve hot.
