1/2	c	Tomato sauce
1/2	c	Dry bread crumbs
1/2	c	Cheddar cheese, diced
1	ts	Salt
1 1/2	lb	Ground beef
1/4	c	Onions, diced
1		Egg, slightly beaten
		Pepper
