COMBINE ALL LOAF INGREDIENTS EXCEPT POTATOES & SAUCE INGREDIENTS. MIX WELL
AND SHAPE INTO A LOAF. PLACE POTATOES IN BOTTOM OF CROCK POT. TOP POTATOES
WITH MEAT LOAF. POUR SAUCE OVER ALL. COVER AND COOK ON LOW FOR 8 TO 12
