Title: Meatloaf (Little)

1 Egg;
2cLean grd round; 15% fat
2slBread; cubed fine
1/4cCatup
1/3cOnion; chopped fine
2tbGreen pepper; chopped fine
1tsSalt;
1/2tsDry mustard;
1tbPrepared horseradish; if desired

Preheat oven to 400 degrees f. Mix all ingredients well. Form into a loaf. Place in foil-lined 5 x 9 pan; bake until done (15-20 minutes)
