Title: Meatloaf Barbecue Style

Yield: 6 Servings
1 1/2 | lb | Beef, ground |
1 | c | Breadcrumbs |
1 | Onion; finely chopped | |
1 | Egg; beaten | |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
16 | oz | Tomato sauce; divided |
1/2 | c | Water |
3 | ts | Vinegar |
3 | ts | Sugar, brown |
2 | ts | Mustard, prepared |
2 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
Combine beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Form into a loaf, and put in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat loaf; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting occasionally.
