Title: Meatloaf Plus

1 1/4 | lb | Ground beef |
1 | c | Herbed seasoned stuffing mix |
2 | lg | Eggs; beaten to blend |
1/2 | c | Dry red wine |
10 | Pimiento stuffed olives; chopped | |
3 | tb | Parsley; minced |
1 | Envelope onion soup mix | |
2 | Garlic cloves; minced | |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix throughly. Transfer mixture to a greased 5"x9" loaf pan. Bake until meatloaf shrinks from sides of pan and top is brown. about 1 hour.
