Title: Old Domminion Meatloaf

2 | lb | Lean ground beef |
1 | c | Yellow onion |
1 | c | Shredded potato |
1/4 | ts | Black pepper |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | cn | Campbels veg. soup |
1/2 | c | Finely chopped green pepper |
2 | | Medium eggs |
1/8 | ts | Dried basil |
2 | sl | Dry bread |
1/4 | c | Catsup |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Tear dry bread into pieces. Shred 2 or
3 med. potatos.
Mix ingrediants, except catsup, in large mixing bowl, until
thouroughly combined and mixture holds together. Spray 9x24 ovenproof dish
w/ pam or some other veg. oil spray. Place meatloaf mixture in dish trying
to leave 1/2" space around edges. Put catsup on top of mixture. Place in
oven and bake for approx 1 hr.
