Title: Spicy Meatloaf

Yield: 6 Servings
2 | lb | 93% lean ground beef |
2 | Eggs | |
1 | Onion, chopped | |
1 | Carrot, shredded | |
6 | oz | Spicy v-8 vegetable juice |
1 | Clove garlic | |
1 | ts | Lawry's seasoned salt |
1/2 | ts | Crushed red pepper |
1/4 | c | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 | c | Rolled oats |
Preheat oven to 375-degrees F.
Mix all ingredients well. I like to place the mixture in a 9-inch glass pie plate, forming a pie-shaped mound.
Bake for about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.
