1/4 | c | Dry white wine |
1 | ts | Dijon mustard |
2 | tb | Thinly sliced green onion |
1 | tb | White wine vinegar |
1 | Clove garlic, minced | |
2 | oz | Jar diced pimientos, drained |
Salt and pepper |
In a small bowl, stir together wine and mustard. Then stir in onion, vinegar, garlic and pimientos. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If made ahead, cover and refrigerate for up to a day. Before using, stir well. Makes about 2/3 cup.
