Title: Light Alfredo Sauce

12 | oz | Milk, canned skim |
1/4 | c | Flour |
1 1/4 | c | Stock, chicken |
1/2 | c | Cheese, Parmesan, grated |
1/8 | ts | Pepper, black |
Gradually blend milk into flour; stir in broth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until hot. Blend in cheese and pepper.
