Title: Macaroni & Cheese #5

Yield: 6 Servings
1 | c | Macaroni, elbow |
1/2 | c | Milk |
1/2 | lb | Cheese; grated |
Salt | ||
Black pepper, ground | ||
Bread crumbs |
1. Boil macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain and rinse with hot water. Place in casserole dish.
2. In a saucepan, heat milk and cheese until the cheese is melted. Add seasonings and pour over macaroni in casserole dish.
3. Mix with a fork, cover with crumbs and bake in moderate oven, 350F, for 15 minutes.
