Title: Shrimp & Papaya with Asian Dunk Sauce

1 | lg | Ripe papaya |
1 | tb | Chopped fresh cilantro |
24 | Peeled cooked large shrimp | |
1/4 | c | Lime juice |
2 | ts | Fish sauce or soy sauce |
2 | ts | Sugar |
1/4 | ts | Crushed dried red hot chilies |
Peel and seed papaya. Cut into 3/4" chunks. Mix with cilantro, and mound on a platter. Beside it, arrange shrimp.
In a bowl, stir lime juice, fish sauce, sugar and chilies. Spear fruit and shrimp with tiny forks to dip into sauce.
