Title: Rice Noodles With Peanut Sauce & Chicken

8 | oz | Spaghetti |
1/2 | c | Peanut butter; creamy |
2 | tb | Soy sauce |
1 | ts | Ginger root; grated |
1/2 | c | Chicken bouillon |
4 | oz | Bean sprouts |
1 | md | Red pepper; sliced |
2 | Green onion; sliced | |
1 | lb | Chicken breast |
Cook spaghetti (the original recipe used rice noodles, just tried it tonigh t and I liked it). MIx peanut butter, soy sauce and gingerroot in saucepan. Add chicken bouillon. Add spaghetti, bean sprouts, bell pepper and onion. Toss.
