Title: Rice Noodles With Peanut Sauce & Chicken

8ozSpaghetti
1/2cPeanut butter; creamy
2tbSoy sauce
1tsGinger root; grated
1/2cChicken bouillon
4ozBean sprouts
1mdRed pepper; sliced
2 Green onion; sliced
1lbChicken breast

Cook spaghetti (the original recipe used rice noodles, just tried it tonigh t and I liked it). MIx peanut butter, soy sauce and gingerroot in saucepan. Add chicken bouillon. Add spaghetti, bean sprouts, bell pepper and onion. Toss.
