Title: Chicken & Stuffing Bake

4 | c | Cubed stuffing (seasoned) |
6 | Skinless, boneless chicken | |
Paprika to taste | ||
1 | cn | Campbell's Cream of Mushroom |
1/3 | c | Milk |
1 | tb | Chopped fresh parsley |
1 | tb | Margarine |
Mix stuffing, 1/2 cup boiling water and margarine. Spread stuffing across center of a 3-qt. shallow baking dish. Place chicken on each side of stuffing. Sprinkle chicken with paprika. Combine soup, milk and parsley. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake covered at 400 deg. for 15 min. Bake uncovered 15 min. or until chicken is cooked through.
