Title: Spicy Noodle Salad

12ozSpaghetti
2tbSesame oil
1 1/2cCarrots, grated
1 1/2cBean sprouts
4 Green onions, chopped
1tbOrange rind, grated
1/4cOrange juice
1/4cTahini [optl]
3tbSoy sauce
1tsGranulated sugar
1tsHot pepper sauce
1/2cPeanuts, chopped
1/4cFresh coriander, chopped

In large pot of boiling salted water, cook spaghetti for 8-10 minutes or until tender but firm; drain and rinse under cold water. Drain well and transfer to bowl; toss with sesame oil. Add carrots, bean sprouts, onions and orange rind.

Combine orange juice, tahini, soy sauce, sugar and hot pepper sauce; toss with spaghetti mixture. Sprinkle with peanuts and coriander.
