Title: Tuna & Tomato Pasta

425 | g | Tin tuna (in springwater) |
1 | Finely chopped onion | |
1 | ts | Minced garlic |
1/2 | md | Capsicum diced |
8 | md | Mushrooms sliced |
410 | g | Tin tomatoes chopped |
4 | tb | Tomato paste |
1 | ts | Mixed herbs |
pn | Basil, salt and sugar |
Saute onion and garlic until transparent, then add capsicum and mushrooms and fry until soft. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs, basil, salt and sugar, and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Lastly add the drained tuna and simmer for a further 10 minutes.
This pasta suace can then be used on any preferred type of pasta.
