Title: Tuna Twists

5 | tb | Olive Oil |
8 | oz | Tricolour Pasta Twists |
2 | oz | Butter |
1 | Garlic Clove, peeled and crushed | |
4 | oz | Button Mushrooms, Wiped |
14 | oz | Tuna Chunks in Oil, Drained and Flaked |
Salt and Pepper | ||
2 | tb | Snipped Fresh Chives |
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and add a tablespoon of olive oil to prevent pasta from sticking. Add pasta twists, bring back to the boil and simmer for about 10-12 min or al dente. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil and butter in a saucepan and add the garlic and mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes, add tuna and heat thoroughly, season to taste.
Mix the pasta and the sauce together. Serve garnished with the chives
