Title: Chocolate Pound Cake

3 | c | Flour |
3/4 | c | Unsweetened cocoa powder |
1/2 | ts | Baking powder |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 1/2 | c | Butter |
3 | c | Sugar |
5 | lg | Eggs |
1 1/4 | c | Milk |
4 | oz | Unsweetened chocolate,grated |
1 | tb | Vanilla |
| | Power sugar for dusting |
Pre-heat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 10-cup, 10 inch tube pan. mix
Frist 4 items set aside. In another bowl beat butter until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sugar, beating until light. Beat in 1 egg at a time.
Alternately beat in flour mixture (in fourths) and milk (in thirds),
beginning with flour. Beat in grated chocolate and vanilla. Pour into
pan. speading top evenly; bake 1 hr and 15 minute. Cool cake in pan 10
minute; invert onto rack. Cool completely. Dust with powder sugar.
