1 | lg | Boboli shell or 4 small |
3/4 | c | Cheddar cheese; shredded |
3/4 | c | Mozzarella cheese; shredded |
1/2 | lb | Ground beef |
1/2 | | Onion; chopped |
2 | ts | Chili powder |
1 | ts | Ground cumin |
1/8 | ts | Cayenne pepper salt/pepper to taste |
1/3 | c | Canned green chilies |
Spread marinara sauce on boboli shell. Mix cheeses together. Sprinkle half
over sauce, brown beef with onion, chili powder, cumin and cayenne. Add
salt and chiles, spoon over cheese layer. Sprinkle on remaining cheese.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
