2 | c | Taco-seasoned cheese; shred |
1 | | Italian bread shell or |
1 | | Prepared pizza crust, 12 |
2 | | Roma tomatoes; thinly sliced |
1 | sm | Jalapeno chili; seeded finely chop |
2 | tb | Fresh cilantro; chopped |
Sprinkle cheese evenly over bread shell. Top with tomatoes, chili and
cilantro. Cover and grill pizza 4 to 6 inches from medium coals 8 to 10
minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted. (If crust browns too
quickly, place a piece of aluminum foil between crust and grill.)
