Title: Grilled Pizza Mexicana

2cTaco-seasoned cheese; shred
1 Italian bread shell or
1 Prepared pizza crust, 12
2 Roma tomatoes; thinly sliced
1smJalapeno chili; seeded finely chop
2tbFresh cilantro; chopped

Sprinkle cheese evenly over bread shell. Top with tomatoes, chili and cilantro. Cover and grill pizza 4 to 6 inches from medium coals 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted. (If crust browns too quickly, place a piece of aluminum foil between crust and grill.)
