1 1/4cFlour
1tsSugar
  Pinch of salt
1 Stick Ice cold butter or margarine
3tbIce water or enough to form a dough
1/2cAlmonds; chopped fine

  Peaches (enough to cover dou

Recipe by: Gourmet 1993 Make pastry by blending flour, sugar, salt, butter and ice water. Form dough into a disk, chill it, wrapped in plastic wrap for 1/2 hour and roll it out into a big circle or rectangle. Put the dough on a baking sheet and turn up the edge for form a shallow rim. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.

Chop almonds and add 2 tbls. flour and 2 tbls. sugar. Sprinkle the mixture over the dough.

Cut enough peaches into thin slices to cover the dough in one layer in some attractive overlapping pattern and arrange them on the dough. Bake the pizza at 375F for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden.
