3/4 | c | Sourdough starter |
1/4 | c | Milk; or water |
2 | tb | Tomato paste |
1 | tb | Cooking oil |
2 | c | Bread flour; or all-purpose |
1/2 | c | Mozzarella cheese; shredded |
1/3 | c | Pepperoni sausage; finely chopped |
2 | ts | Sugar |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Dried oregano; crushed |
(double for fresh oregano) |
active dry yeast 1 tsp. Sourdough starter 1 1/4 cups milk or water 2 Tbs. tomato paste 3 Tbs. cooking oil 1 Tbs. bread or all purpose flou 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded 3/4 cup pepperoni, finely chopped 1/2 cup sugar 1 Tbs. salt 3/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed 3/4 tsp. (double for fresh)
Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturers directions. Crust to medium or lighter.
