1 | Beef bouillon cube | |
1/2 | c | Lima beans |
1 | c | Potatoes, diced |
1/2 | c | String beans |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | c | Carrots, sliced |
1/2 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 | c | Celery, sliced |
1/8 | c | Sour wine |
2 | tb | Onion, chopped |
1 | tb | Drake's crispy fry mix |
1/2 | ts | Garlic, sliced |
1 | Warm water | |
2 | tb | Home cured venison ham |
Pack raw ingredients in quart jar in above order to within one inch of top, seal and process for 90 minutes at 10 lbs pressure.
