1/2 | c | Chopped celery |
1 | | Can condensed tomato soup |
1 | | Can Zesty Tomato or Italian Herb Tomato soup |
1 | | Can condensed cream of mushroom soup |
2 | c | Water |
1 | ts | Instant beef bouillon |
2 | c | Grated carrots |
1 1/2 | c | Raw elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions |
In large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat, brown ground beef, onion
and celery; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; simmer over low
heat 5 ~ 10 minutes, or until carrots are tender and stew is thoroughly
heated. Serves 10.
