2 | lb | Stwing beef |
1 | lg | Onion |
2 | ts | Mustard powder |
2 | tb | Honey |
3 | Celery stalks | |
3/4 | pt | Water |
2 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 | md | Green pepper |
6 | oz | Ketchup |
Heat a little oil in a pan,, brown cubed meat, slice onion and pepper, chop celery, add to beef, mix the rest and pour over. Cover and cook at Mark 4, 350 F, 1 1/2 hour or until tender.
