Title: Pat's Potato Stew

1 1/4 | c | Onion; chopped |
1/4 | c | Water |
1 | Celery stalk; chopped | |
2 | c | Potatoes; cubed |
1/4 | c | Carrots; sliced |
1/2 | c | Cabbage; shredded |
1/2 | c | Kale; chopped |
1/2 | c | Water |
1 | Garlic clove; minced | |
1/2 | ts | Salt, or to taste |
1/2 | ts | Paprika |
Cook onion in water over low heat for 25 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.
Per serving: 184 cal, 6 g prot, 38 g carb, .5 g fat (3%)
