2 | tb | Olive oil |
2 | c | Onions, diced |
2 | Cloves garlic, minced | |

1 | ts | Cinnamon |
1 | ts | Ground cumin |
3/4 | c | Cider |
3/4 | c | Dark beer |
4 | c | Winter squash, diced (acorn or bana |
1 | Salt | |
1 | Pepper | |
1 | c | Green pepper, chopped |
2 | c | Apples, chopped |
Transfer sauted ingredients to 2 qt. (or larger) crock pot or Dutch oven.
