Title: Winter's Day Stew

1		(saute together):
2	lb	Venison steak or roast cut to 1 pie
2	tb	Olive oil
2	c	Onions, diced
2		Cloves garlic, minced
1		(add):
2	tb	Flour
1	ts	Cinnamon
1	ts	Ground cumin
3/4	c	Cider
3/4	c	Dark beer
4	c	Winter squash, diced (acorn or bana
1		Salt
1		Pepper
1	c	Green pepper, chopped
2	c	Apples, chopped

Transfer sauted ingredients to 2 qt. (or larger) crock pot or Dutch oven.
