1/2 | c | Onion; chopped |
8 | oz | Cheez whiz |
1/2 | c | Barbecue sauce |
1 | tb | Chili powder |
6 | Lettuce leaves; large | |
3 | c | Lettuce; shredded |
1 | Tomato; chopped | |
1 | Corn chips |
Brown meat; drain. Add onion; cook until tender. Add chhez whiz, barbecue sauce and chili powder; stir until melted. Arrange lettuce on plate. Top each leaf with shredded lettuce, meat mixture, tomato and chips.
