2 | c | Ground beef |
1 | | Tomato; fresh,chop |
1 | sm | Onion; diced |
1 | | Garlic clove |
1 | ds | Salt |
2 | | Chili peppers; diced |
1 | ds | Black pepper |
1 | | Lettuce; shredded |
1 | | Cheddar cheese, shredded |

over medium heat; drain well. Put tomato, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper
and chili peppers in blender; chop fine but do not puree. Use chili peppers
of your choice, hot or mild. Add mixture to browned meat, simmer until all
liquid is absorbed; cool. Place meat mixture on shredded lettuce and add
cheese to garnish.
