Title: Bob Dowell's Taco Meat

Yield: 8 Servings
1 1/4 | lb | Lean ground beef |
1 | tb | Garlic powder |
1/2 | c | Onions -- chopped |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Black pepper |
Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Cook well, either on top of stove or in a slow oven. Drain any excess grease. Break meat into small pieces with fork or spoon. Serve on buffet with crisp fresh taco shells, grated cheese, chopped tomatoes and lettuce, more onion if desired, and a big bowl of taco sauce. Makes 8 Texas size tacos.
