1/2 | c | Chopped green pepper |
1 | cn | Beef broth |
1 | cn | Tomato soup |
2 | tb | Chopped cherry peppers |
24 | | Taco shells |
1 | | Shredded cheddar cheese |
1 | | Shredded monterey jack |
1 | | Chopped onion |
1 | | Shredded lettuce |
1 | | Diced tomatoes |
In frying pan, brown beef and cook green pepper until tender; stir to
separate meat. Add soups and cherry peppers. Cook over low heat 5 minutes;
stir occasionally. Fill each taco shell with 3-4 Tablespoons meat mixture;
