1/2 | c | Salsa |
1/3 | c | Catalina dressing |
3 | c | Tortilla chips |
15 | oz | Kidney beans, canned -- |
1 | Drained & rinsed | |
1/2 | c | Tomato -- chopped |
1/2 | c | Green pepper -- chopped |
1 | Guacamole | |
4 | oz | Cheddar cheese -- shredded |
1 | Lettuce leaves |
Mix chicken, salsa and dressing. For each serving, arrange chips, beans, chicken mixture, tomato green pepper and guacamole on lettuce lined serving plates. Top with cheese.
