1 | c | Onion; chopped |

1 | Cheddar or longhorn cheese - | |
1 | Fresh tomatoes; chopped | |
1 | Black olives; chopped | |
1 | Onion; chopped | |
1 | Sour cream |
Recipe by: The County Fair Cookbook - ISBN 0-7868-6014-6 1. In a large heavy pot, cook the hamburger and the onion together over moderate heat until the meat is brown, stirring often. Spoon off excess grease, if desired. Add the tomatoes, beans and seasoning. Simmer, partially covered, for 45 mins. 2. Spoon into 4 large bowls and let each person top with granishes.
