Title: Soft Bean Tacos

16 | oz | Black beans, canned or |
1 | Dried beans cooked and | |
1 | Seasoned | |
1/2 | c | Chopped celery |
1/4 | c | Chopped red onion |
1/4 | c | Picante sauce |
2 | tb | No-oil italian dressing |
6 | Whole grain flour tortillas |
Mix together all ingredients, except the tortillas and chill. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Scoop 1/3 cup beans into flour tortilla and roll. Place in baking dish and heat for 20 minutes. Serves 6 Calories: 186 Fat: 1.3 gm 6% fat
