1/2 | lb | Elbow macaroni (uncooked) |
1 | lb | Ground beef |
1 | md | Onion, chopped |
1/2 | c | Green pepper, chopped |
2 | cn | Tomato soup |
1 | c | Water |
1 1/4 | oz | Taco seasoning mix |
1 | c | Shredded cheddar cheese |
1 | c | Crushed taco chips |
Prepare elbow macaroni. Darin. Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper,
spoon off excess fat, add soup, water, and seasoning mix. Simmer 10
minutes. Combine elbow macaroni and meat mixture. Pour into a 3 quart
casserole, top with cheese and taco chips. Bake in 350 degree oven 30
minutes.
