Title: Tuna Taco Salad

Yield: 2 Servings

1/2cRipe avocado; mashed
1/3cVegetable oil
1tbLemon juice
1/2cSour cream
1clGarlic; minced
1/2tsChili powder
1/4tsSalt; optional
1/4tsTabasco or
1/4tsHot sauce
SALAD
2 Tomatoes; sliced in wedges
1/2cBlack olives; pitted and sliced
1/4cGreen onions; sliced
1cnTuna packed in water;drained
1/2cCheddar cheese; shredded
1cFritos; crumbled
  Lettuce leaves for serving

Mix dressing the day before and refrigerate. Mix salad. Just before serving, add dressing and Fritos. (Fritos will be soggy if salad is not eaten immediately.) Serve on lettuce or in tomato cup.
