Title: Barbeque Man Thai Barbecue Dip

3/4 | c | Hot BBQ sauce |
1/2 | c | Peanut butter |
2 | tb | Ginger root; minced fine |
1 | tb | Soy sauce |
1 | tb | Honey |
Place ingredients in a small bowl, stir until smooth. Serve at room temperature. For a thinner dip gradually stir in water or rice wine vinegar. Larry says it is great with egg rolls, tortilla chips, raw veggies or French fries.
