Title: Thai Chili Fish Sauce

6tbThai fish sauce
5tbThinly sliced scallions
3tbFresh lime or lemon juice
3tbFinely chopped cilantro
1 1/2tbMinced serrano chilies
2tsRoasted chili paste
1/2tsMinced garlic
