Title: English Toasted Bread

3/4 | c | Plus 2 T water |
3/4 | ts | Baking soda |
3 | c | Flour |
3 | tb | Dry milk |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
3/4 | c | Sourdough starter |
1 1/2 | tb | Oil |
2 | ts | Honey |
1 | pk | Yeast |
In a sm cup, combine the warm water and the baking soda, and set aside for 5 minutes. Transfer soda mixture to pan, sourdough starter, oil, and the honey. Then the dry items. Set machine to wheat mode.
