Title: Sourdough Starter #2

Yield: 1 Servings
1 1/2 | c | Flour |
1 1/2 | c | Water, room temp. |
1/2 | ts | Dry milk |
1/8 | ts | Yeast |
Combine all ingredients and stir well. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and let stand at room temp for 3 to 5 days, stirring twice a day until fermented and sour-smelling. Store the starter in the refrigerator until needed. Let it come to room temp before using. To replenish the starter, replace what you removed with an equal amount of flour and water. Stir well and refriferate again.
