Title: Onion Sourdough Rye Bread

2/3 | c | Water |
2/3 | c | Minced sweet onion |
2/3 | c | Sourdough ryue starter |
2 1/3 | c | Bread flour |
2/3 | c | Whole rye flour |
3 | tb | Ground caraway seeds |
1 1/2 | tb | Dry milk |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Sugar |
5 | tb | Plain yogurt |
2 | tb | Oil |
1 | pk | Yeast |
The day before you make this bread, place the minced onions in a sm bowl with the starter and cover. Leave at room temp for 12 hours. Add onions and starter and water to pan, then add all the rest of the ingredients. Set machine on wheat cycle.
