Title: Egg Bread

1/4 | c | Milk |
1/2 | c | Water |
3/16 | c | Wheat flour |
1 1/4 | c | Bread flour |
1/4 | c | Graham flour |
3 | tb | Dry milk |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
3 | lg | Eggs, beaten |
2 | tb | Oil |
1 | tb | Honey |
1 | pk | Yeast |
In a sm pan, scald the milk by heating it just to the boiling point, and set aside to cool. Add the cooled milk, water, eggs, oil, honey, and yeast. Then add all the dry ingredients. Set machine on wheat cycle.
