Title: Lemon Poppy Bread

1/2 | c | Milk |
3/4 | c | Water |
2 | c | Wheat flour |
2/3 | c | Bread flour |
1/3 | c | Oat bran |
3 | tb | Lemon zest |
3 | tb | Poppy seeds |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
3 | tb | Honey |
1 1/2 | tb | Oil |
4 | ts | Yeast |
In a sm pan, scald the milk by heating it just to the boiling point, and set aside to cool. Add the cooled milk and water to the pan. Now add the rest of the ingredients. Set machine on wheat mode.
