Title: Vinaigrette Salad

Yield: 6 Servings
1 | lb | Smoked trout; or salmon |
1 | qt | Cabbage; shredded |
1/4 | c | Chopped onion |
1/4 | c | Chopped parsley |
2 | Hard-boiled eggs; chopped | |
Vinaigrette dressing | ||
Salad greens | ||
Paprika |
Flake the fish and combine with the cabbage, onion, parsley and eggs. Add dressing and mix thoroughly. Serve on salad greens. Sprinkle with paprika.
Serves 6.
